Shipping:

Orders received online will be processed Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday evenings, to be shipped out or locally delivered Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Due to the fact that we also operate a brick and mortar store, there could be slight inventory discrepancies. In the event that an item is purchased and is no longer available, we will process a refund to your original method of payment promptly. 

We ship via UPS or Canada Post based on delivery service to your area.

Returns:

We understand that not every purchase will work out perfectly for you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the parcel to arrange your return and refund. Only unworn items can be returned. All tags must be attached to the items. Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse return shipping.

All intimate apparel and sale items are final sale.

If we receive returned merchandise that we deem as unfit to be resold, we will be unable to process a refund.
