Orders received online will be processed during regular business hours, or the next regular business day. Due to the fact that we also operate a brick and mortar store, there could be slight inventory discrepancies. In the event that an item is purchased and is no longer available, we will process a refund to your original method of payment promptly.
We ship out orders from Tuesday to Friday, and our shipping schedule is as follows:
Orders received Monday to Friday: Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped out via Canada Post within 1 business day.
Orders received Saturday to Sunday: Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped out via Canada Post on Monday.
**In the event of a postage strike or labour disruption, we will choose to ship via courier**
We understand that not every purchase will work out perfectly for you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the parcel to arrange your return and refund. Only unworn items can be returned. All tags must be attached to the items. Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse return shipping.
If we receive returned merchandise that we deem as unfit to be resold, we will be unable to process a refund.
